why when I click on this link exclusively appears full search, not respecting any changes I made (with the items that I hid).

For full Search show in vehicle manager responbsible function:
showSearchVehicles

in file
{yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/vehiclemanager.html.php

You need change it.

Adance search - need for full type search. For configure search - and show only some parameters in car search - please use vehicle search module - yopu may configure it from backend settings

Or you may order custom version with all change.
