I have joomla 2.5.6. with pro version 2.2, the problem what I have is the email function, it d'ont work!
I get this messages "Could not instantiate mail function."
Do you have any solutions?

Hello,
You need go to Joomla Global setting and check yours Mail settings.
Real Estate manager use yours Site mail setting for send mail. So if you not configured Mail settings in Yours Joomla Global Setting - Real Estate manager also will can't send email.
Correct or not you configured yours mail setting - you may see if will try send email for any default Joomla articles.
In mail settings - most correct way configure email, configure email with help send mails trough SMTP server.
