I bought RealEstateManager PRO.

If somebody writes when viewing a property fills the form in sidebar right its only goes to sale manager in backends but I dont have any email notification. So I have to enter many times to sale manager just for look for any notification.

Joomla system sends messages / PHP mail / system sends test email correctly. Mass mailing also works fine.
Email and Notification Setings, email addresses set everywhere, set to /everyone for all groups.

If I accept in RealEstateManager : Sale Manager / Accept request an email is sent to the requester via the form / Answer for your request / example -Dear Mariam!
Your message for
Apartment in BENIAJANA Torrevieja
Answer: Accepted

But the website administrator's address does not receive messages with questions from the form to the email address entered in Email and Notification Setings
