Joomla Real Estate

Hi, I have problem with Real Estate Manager.

Installed on Xampp 8.2.0, Windows 11.
PHP-version: 8.2.0
DB-server: 10.4.27-MariaDB

Installed Dream House - Free Real Estate Joomla Template - Quickstart.
Added two more languages, Spanish and Swedish.

When click on a property (Real Estate) from module "mod_realestatemanager_featured", to see property details, I get error:

Warning: Attempt to read property "id" on null in Campphtdocsdreamhousecomponentscom_realestatemanagerhelpersroute.php on line 198

Same with all properties and all languages.

I dont get any error if I go to property details page from "Categories", (The link ALL CATEGORIES) then its working without errors.

Any help is appreciated.

1. Please update OrdaSoft real estate to last version
2. Please check: You must created menu items to both languages and full configured multi languages for your site

In every Real Estate module you see "Advance settings" tab and there you see param "ItemId"
You need create 2 sets modules, one set for one language, other for other language.

For every language - you need create self menu to Real estate component.

And for English languages in module you need set "ItemId" = "Menu ID"
ID to your menu to "Real estate manager" under English language.
For the correctly module work,
you need have a published menu to "Real Estate component" under every language

Exactly so, you need do for every language (for multilingual site)

Joomla not support PHP 8.2

Please use PHP 8.1 or less

I don't think I understand.

I now installed another version of XAMPP with PHP Version 8.1.12
Updated the Real Estate Manager to latest.

All languages have their own menus, templates, modules, etc., even before (from the beginning).
Every language have a link to the Real Estate component.
For English, the ID for that menu-link is 852.

How exactly should I put this in the "ItemId", under Advanced in the module ?

Like this: "ItemId" = "852"

In every our Real Estate module - you see "Advance settings" and there "ItemId" parameter,
So Put there Menu item ID - for this module language

This is working now, but I have now another problem.
When clicking on links to see a category, some categories are working but other give me a 404 error, Page not found.

Bouth from the menus and also from within a module.

Any suggestions on what is wrong?
