i've installed through module manager but nothing appear on my website
how do i activate it so i can see the template on my site

Hello,

After you installed Real Estate manager - you need create menu to real estete manager - component with help Joomla Menu manager.

With that go to yours menu Manager, go to yours Menu, and create menu link to menu manager.
