I only act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Payments are made directly between sellers and buyers in Spain.

What I would like to do is charge only for advertising on my site.
For example, 5 € per month per house, or 25 € per month for X number of houses, etc, etc.

Is it possible to do this with your component/plugin?


In so case we have Joomla membership component
It permit create payment users groups as example:
Free
Bronz - 5 $ per month
Silver - 10$
Gold - 30$

and in self Ordasoft joomla real estate - you configure:
Free - may have 1 house and upload 5 photos
Bronz - may have 3 houses and upload 10 photos per house
Silver - may have 10 houses and upload 15 photos per house
Gold - may have 30 houses and upload 20 photos per house

In pro version of real estate, We have "Featured module".

In every featured module you may show items sorted by "Last Added", "top"(most popular), and "Featured"

Every Item - you may mark as "featured" - these items for you most important to show for users
We in every item have "Featured fields": "Featured click" and "Featured show"

Items with not zero "Featured" fields you may show in "featured module" -> "Featured" mode.
Every click by this item or show this item - subtract these fields by 1.
When both "featured" fields will equal zero - Item will leave from the "Featured module"
These fields can set only admin

so you may ask for advertisement of house on yours site on home page. As example 100$ per 100 clicks or 100$ per 100 show
