So it appears that I can't enter in a 1.5 bathroom or 1 1/2 for listings. Usually the .5 meaning half bath. How can this be resolved. The only forum topic I found on this was from 4 years ago,

From which country are you from ?
some time before we added to Joomla Real estate add value like 1.5 to "rooms" field (with fractional part). But you first who say about "bathroom" field.
For which fields you need set 1.5 - and so like values (with fractional part)?
