I am trying to install free version of real estate manager to show client before buying pro.
I get an error when I try to install.

An error has occurred.

0 Failed opening required '/home/mcb2024/public_html/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.class.others.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php83/root/usr/share/pear'

J4.4.4 Fresh install
PHP 8.3.6
Database 10.3.39-MariaDB

Any ideas?

Please, In "Joomla global settings" turn on: "Debug mode" and "max error report".
And again recheck page with Real Estate error
