in the search module where the price range to search is, by default the value is 0 as the minimum and the maximum is equal to the maximum price of the house. If I want to set the minimum value equal to the lowest value of the house that I have on the website (where can I change this?)

Problem in next:
In Joomla Real estate to Price field you may set some text value like "Price negotiable" - so when we transform this String to Numeric - it changed to 0.
So if we will search all houses with price more 0, we will lost all so houses

But for you we may add this
