hi i have installed and added our menu and contact in the november template already and just need the pro version of the real estate

If you no need New Real Estate Template:
You may install Pro Real Estate version without remove Free.
But, Pro Joomla Real estate version have more "Menu Items" and Layouts - so you will need self add these Menu Items - or change layouts(if they more like for you).
Also the same for Real Estate Module.
You will need Once by Once install Pro Module versions and check settings and layouts for every module
