In what file I must translate the sorting list and it`s label? (see image below).

In Real estate manager for translate "Order By"

you need open file:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.html.php
find function "displayHouses" and in it find "Order by" - and translate it
Sorry, that ours error, all translations must be do with help language file from folder:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/language/

from there are you may translate "Title' and other site constants.

OK, thanks, it works. My mistake was to save file in non-utf-8 code...
