These buttons go from MCE editor, that default editor in Joomla.

Please try check MCE editor module settings

We for add rent comment use Joomla editor. You may set for users or for site other editor - so we will show that editor.

I not know how edit Joomla MCE editor layout. For that need do alone check(i not know how much time that may cost), You may write to ordasoft custom form - and we will check how difficult do that.

Now I may only propose to you haw remove at all Editor for rent request form if that good for you ?!
