Is it possible to charge sellers with and link their fees to an online merchant account?

Also can you do this Gumtree style? As in they create an 'ad' preview it then pay to post each property. So instead of a subscription it is a pay as you go system. Is this possible and any hints as to how to implement this also welcome!

Here is the brief from the client regarding property selling:

"SELLER.

- Simply fill in the fields in the search engine, write a description of the property in the box provided, upload photos then click submit.
- A sample of how their 'ad' will look on-line will be displayed for their approval and if happy they click on the 'pay now' button which will lead to the payment page.
- They would automatically receive a receipt via e-mail."

Search engine - that Google or some thing like that !
In google search engine you can't submit photo !

And exactly other yours questions

So please give full description how and what you asked !
