Hello,
default search menu contain all options as in this example: ordasoft.com/realestatemanager3/

I just want to display two lines: "Keywords and categories" as in this example: soarnetwork.org/content/index.php?option...d=148&Itemid=684

It is possible to do with a simple setting?
There is a toutoriel? Could you give me some indication please?
In what file I can intervene to remove these lines?.

Please check in real estate manager we have three search - one in component, search in self component (in real estate free version it very simply - in real estate Pro - it extended), search module (there are you may configure what search with help module options) and property search plugin (build in joomla search plugin ).

Fo rebuilt Search Plugin or real estate component search - you will need rebuild code.
