When I go into a module to set the Module Assignment, It is too small and I cant get to the menu item to select that I want. I have a lot of menus and sub-menus. Is there a way to make this bigger?

Sorry, may be I not full understand what you mean.
In Every browser you may pres "Ctrl +" - that will help do more big web page font. You may press that some times.
