Hello,

If you use ours Pro versions and find at some place link to ours site - you may remove that.

In free version you can't remove that

Yes sure, iv got the PRO version + template.

I only want to change it from the footer, but i still let it in the html code, copyright and links, no problem

Where do i change it? i can't find the file

For replace copyright you need go to file:
{your site}/templates/ordasoft_real_estate_template_luxury_apartments/index.php

and find below rows:
