How to insert logo in global estate template and remove the title? When I insert logo it's position is not good.

yes, there really is a bug, thank you for your report
We tried to fix this bug also on your site but you changed access to FTP

So, go to: Your site/templates/global_estate

and update there index.php file ( check attachement file url in your letter)
