Joomla Real Estate

I'm using REM pro to create a multilingual real estate website.
If I use an Italian description go house.. its possible to wrtite an english description? so the languange change (as the site)

ex: an italian user ----> site in italian description oh house in italian
an english user ---> site in english and desciprion in english??

Possible so variants:

1 Use components for automatic site translate like sefTranslate
2. use Joomla builtin multi language support and create different property for different languages, and different languages add to different categories, after that create alone menu for every category and connect that menu to self language
3 use component like joomFish and create plugin to it and to real Estate manager
