for import to ours Real estate manager system some other XML format files - you need go to import / export tab in Real estata manage, and do import.
After that you will see - what format we support, so you will can rebuild self file for work with ours file format

Or you may go to file:
{your site}/administrator/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.class.impexp.php

and rebuild ours import / export, You may do that self because we have Open Source code. Or you may ask do that from us, You may send request to OrdaSoft contact form for ask custom version - with all features what you wish
