Hi,

It seems that I can not intall "Single_Real_estate_and_property_website_april_2012" into my Joomla CM 2.5.14
What am I doing wrong ?

Hello,

Please check in our real estate templates, go self blank template and quick start,
Quick start go with Real estate manager component, and simple data.
Best solution install Quick start template. You install it as alone Joomla site
