i can't understand how is search module working. Che at this link please

click on "FILTRA LA RICERCA CON LE TUE PREFERENZE" and search, for example, 162.

Fine, you find a house.

Now clicking on it i get redirected to the catalog and not to the hose description... why?

I am sorry you search houses so we show all howses what you found.

For me not clear what you mean under "catalog" ?!
We show full list what we found, and user can select from search result.

If how it work and look not find - you may go to file:

{site}/components/com_realestatemanager/realestatemanager.php

and check and edit function searchHouses

or you may write to us what exactly you need and we will create for you custom version

The problem is that after searching for example "162", i get this result

Perfect. Now i click on the house found, and i get in this page..

I have the same problem when clicking on the house in the slideshow in homepage.

In every ours module you will find ItemId parameter, please set it to ID menu to real estate manager component, what you see in Joomla menu manager

Forgive me but i really cannot understand. After searching, component shows all houses found but selecting one of the result i don't see house description but this strange page

Please try next:
- Go to Joomla admin menu manager
- Find any menu to real estate manager
- check ID for that menu
- next go to search module for real estate manager, find in setting ItemId parameter and set to it ID from point before

If that not help, please send yours site admin and FTP access and we will check where error. Please send to this forum link
