I need to add a field to specify how many floors has a house.
Also I need to delete some fields that I don't need.
Is there a way to create, delete or edit fields?

Hello,

We haven't options for some field delete.
Every field what you leave empty - will not show at frontend.
Every field you may rename with help Real estate Language mamager

also we have extra fields for property, what you may publish with help setting and rename with help Language manager

Hello,

In Real estate manager soft, last version, in admin area exist tab "Language manager", with it help you may rename every text constant in real estate component, rename every field and for drop down fields, field value value
