Hello.,
for add photos to OS Touch Slider module you need in admin module manager select that module, in module setting select tab "uploader" - upload some photos

Need know what template you use

if that template for real estate ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/Real-Estate-templates/
or that template for cars ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/Car-templates/
there are not exist upload images 0 there are all images go from car or property items
