Joomla Slider Support

I have installed the module for Slider, watched the video, set publish/position/page, viewed the module on the live page, logged into the site for frontend editing, clicked the pen icon then the little red bell on the module, get the dialog box telling me to "activate" the product and click the red button for "activate". Once I do that, I get a black dialog box telling me to put in the username and password. BUT once I type a single key, the login dialog box disappears and no activation takes place. I have tried this many times but cannot ever activate the product using the intended activation process. So the Slider is useless to me without activation which the product will not allow me to do. What are my next steps besides requesting a refund? The Slider looks like exactly what I need for this project but again the activation is stopping me. I have attached a screenshot of where the problem occurs.

This is resolved. The activation did not work on either the latest versions of Chrome or Brave browsers and both had the same issue for typing in the username and password. But the latest version of Firefox did finally work to activate the product. It allowed for keying the username and password without disappearing. Now I will see if this does for the project what I expect. Thanks.

For me all good in last version of Google chrome browser and activation at Joomla slider.
May be some conflict with chrome extensions. As example there exist conflict with "awesome screenshot" extension
Please try turn off all chrome extensions and try again. If error continue exist:
