Hello,


We have bought Ordasoft scoail media sharing module but its not working
I have installed social media share module but facebook sharing counter is not counting any share and Instagram, Tumbler and pinterest icon is not showing on frontend on my site.

Hello,

You have no Facebook APP ID, you need get it and add in module settings.

We used Sharing Debugger.



1) Admin and FTP access doesn't work.

Please, clarify access, we can not connect not to admin area, not to FTP

2) We see that counter doesn't work, below page

3) Can you provide link, where slider doesn't work
