Joomla Translate component support

I'm not satisfaited.
we loose more than a couple of weeks, but SEF don't work properly.
I have learned some things:
- if you want traslate url, you must buy sh404sef or similar.
- component help solve everything. If not, its because i'm an idiot .

Ok. fine.
I buoght sh404sef.

Now pls answer to this:
- how and where we can traslate/review translation of meta description, tag an keyword.
- how i can submit to google a traslated sitemap (where is? i must create it with xmap?
- if i don't have problem on disk space, it's better saving translated pages to file?

After this 3 answers, we try toghether, to solve some problems (support knows one of this).

For change self URL - you need use component like sh404sef
We not said for translate, we said change !!!



- how and where we can traslate/review translation of meta description, tag an keyword.
When you go to URL manager - you may open and edit evey page content, so you may correct every on that page and Meta teg exactly.
If you nought sh404seg, there are also exist URL manager - and there are - you may set original meta tags for every URLs

- how i can submit to google a traslated sitemap (where is? i must create it with xmap?
Yes you need use XMAP component for that, and self URL to your site map - you may take from SefTranslate -> setting-> map tab


- if i don't have problem on disk space, it's better saving translated pages to file?
Ordinary all big host companies limit disk space
With save transalted web page to files - for file edit - you will need use some file manager
And there are you will can't mark translated URL as base or manual changes. These URLs - we not renew when cach time expire. So with save to file - you may lost manual corrected page

in italian we have www.sitename.com/ricette/carne/nomerricetta.html
in english i want: www.sitename.com/en/recipes/meat/recipename.html

For me this is translate, for you is change?

I opened in url manager a page, and, after setting on manual translate, i can change ALL the text on the page, but i can't see description or keywords. no one. I saw that page title be transalated, but i dont see any keyword list.

Yes you need use XMAP component for that, and self URL to your site map - you may take from SefTranslate -> setting-> map tab

ok, i see there is a unique sitemap with all pages in all languages, If i can verify the keywords an translate/change url it's ready to sumbit..

Let me understand (i'm not so confident in my english...):if we set save on file we cannot save manual changes? What it means, in practice, mark URL as base?

If your page have not Meta Keywords - we can't translate they and add.

So best first add meta to original page, after that correct translated keywords with help URL manager in SefTranslate.


Url translate and after that correct all work, that not simply task.
We may try build for you custom version - what will translate URL but that will ask much time and money

We have meta in every page.
I see meta (descr./keywords) in each traslated pages. Sometimes is good, somtimes it's wrong.
Yeah,
I CANNOT CHANGE KEYWORD WITH WRONG TRASLATION, in url manager THERE'S NOT SHOWED NO ONE KEYWORDS.
if i make a mistake, show me where.

can you explain me, like talking to a child, how i can edit the translated keyword o traslated description?
If the main keyword is "prosciutto" [italian] the right traslation is "ham", ok?
If the keyword "prosciutto" is translated like "chiken" it's wrong, it's bad for google and SE. ok
This is an example, of course, the words with problem are other (only in english, i have not yet see spanish and french. In the other languages i trust in you, bing and google...), can you understand me, now?

For traslating/change url, are you sure that with sh404 we can do?
I have a ticket opened with you support service about a problem, i still waiting an answer.
