Joomla Translate component support

Hi there,

We purchased the Pro version of SEF Translate, and ran into a few issues that may be inter-related:
- I was able to get some translation working (menus, the homepage, bolded words on internal pages, titles on internal pages), but content, URLs, and meta tags on internal pages are not fully translated (see bit.ly/1SYL6GW for an example).
- The sitemap doesn't seem to be fully translated (example: the "Maintenance" menu items - see bit.ly/1ptfMUN).
- When we are on the German version of the website, the British flag does not take us back to the English site. Instead, both flags point to the German version of the homepage.
- We receive the following error 1146 when we try to clear the SEF Translate cache: "Table 'db19423_NNNNN.fdz6j_seftranslate_file' doesn't exist SQL=select id FROM fdz6j_seftranslate_file WHERE (checked_out=0 OR (checked_out='623') and manual_translated = '0' and use_as_base_url = '0'"

We are using the "Redirect" translation method, the Bing API keys have been input, and htaccess was configured. We tried turning the cache off, but that didn't work. We also checked Microsoft Translator and we seem to still have 2 million characters remaining for translation via the Bing API. Changing the "Place to Save Cache" from "Files" to "Database" didn't seem to fix any of the issues either.

Please let us know how we can fix these issues.
