SEF Translate component strange page in backend

I installed the SEF translator module and the SEF translator Component.
Now When I go to components-->SEF translator I get a strange page. Where all the tabs are below one and another. making settings and pushing the apply button does not work either.
Has anybody a solution to this problem.

Hello,
Look like some bug or conflict with some other module
Can you give admin access to yours site? with that we will can check where error.
