Joomla Translate component support

Hi guys,
I'm writing here to understand if I'm missing anything and maybe there are some tricks for these needs:

Untraslatable Words
Component > Settings > Untraslatable Pages = How to set "Untraslatable Words" ?
There are some words that we use that would be better to don't translate because are like "personal names", "acronyms", internationally known and because are going crazy the translator being similar to other words

FIxed Words Translations
There are some simple words mostly used as commands, titles that are totally different from one language to another language if we look at their literal translatio. Some simple example can be "Login", "Home" etc.
Is there a way to have like a "Translation Words" section like for "Translation Pages", "Translatin URLs" where to set a fixed Word translation per language ?!? So SEF Translate will always use that word translation in that language.
For example: "Login" (English" will always be translated with "Identificarse" (in Spanish), everywhere, on all pages will be found "Login" doesn't matter if in a title or in a content.

If this important for you, cover all so phrases with "spam" with class "notranslate"

You may correct this manual with help change this in table '#__seftranslate_entity'

Anyway, to be able to detail it I need to understand well:

Please, What do you mean exactly ? Please, Can you make me an example ?

Please, as far as I understand, Are you suggesting to use PHP My Admin to access in the "#__seftranslate_entity" table (where Cache for Phrases is saved) and run a query like: change all "blabla" words with "blublu" words ?!?
Thanks ! This could be a temporally workaround, but, maybe, not the best solution because it happen after the translation. I mean:

I want that the word AAA in English is translated always as BBB in Spanish.
This should be "considered" by SEF Translater before to run the translation.
Because, if not considered before, the English word AAA, depending the phrase / where is wrote, could be translate as BBB or CCC or DDD in Spanish = have different means deceiving the translator on the whole sentence that could take different meanings...

What do you think about ?
