Joomla Translate component support

I suppose there is a misunderstanding here:

I bought a Joomla Translate Commerce subscription (1 year)
- I downloaded the pkg_seftransalte_commerce_2022_12_10.zip - 6.1.1 version
- then you sent me the pkg_seftransalte_commerce_2022_01_03.zip version > that I cannot install for an error I reported to you by email (I hope you can answer there asap)

The question here is that I cannot find a download section here on the Ordasoft site, where to download the last Joomla Translate Commerce (until my subscription is valid)

Maybe I'm missing something, so, I simply asked you, Please, Where can I download the latest Commerce updated version with all fixings ?
I mean, Where is the download section in my profile where I can download new versions when they will be available ?

I gave you an access to a test site. If you applied the fix directly to it, How can I apply the "fix" to my live site ? Do I have to copy some specific file?

we fixed all errors which you say.

Joomla Translate update - you may do with help activation/update interface.
But we not update version there because you not confirm about errors fix

"..you may do with help activation/update interface..." = I suppose you mean through the standard Joomla interface.
We are used also to save a package copy on our disks (in case of crashes, reinstallations, testings etc.).
So, How should we behave ? Should we make a request by email when we see a new version being released ?

Sorry, pro versions of our components you may update only with help update /activation algorithm.
Free version - you may update with help Joomla update.

If you will need have last Pro version of Joomla Translate - Please write to us and we will send
