For Sef Translate Pro and Free version you need read below instruction form SefTranslate component help:
4.5 You may select with what Translate API need do translate. For Now we support Bing translate Api and Google Translate API. Bing selected as default - because Google last time ask money for use self translate API, but gogle support more languages".
4.6 If you have problems with service google translate. You can help add API key

4.7 For work with Bing translate API. Subscribe to the Microsoft Translator API on Azure Marketplace

Next, to register your application with Azure DataMarket, visit

api.microsofttranslator.com"). A description is optional. Take a of the client ID and the client secret value.
You need add these values on tab "General" fields "Bing API Translate - client secret" and "Bing API Translate - client ID"
so for Google Translate if you wish it work for aJax in SefTranslate free and pro (and for redirect translate in SefTranslate Pro ) - you will need set "Google Key for translation"
for Bing Translate if you wish it work for aJax in SefTranslate free and pro (and for redirect translate in SefTranslate Pro ) - you will need set "Bing API Translate - client secret:" and "Bing API Translate - client ID"
Also you need set what translation API you wish use: Google translation API or Bing translation API
