Is there an easy way to change the order of flag icons? I want English first, Chinese second.

simply way I not say, I may give only hint.
In ours module in file mod_seftranslate.php:
exist row
There are we take lang name from module setting.
If you replace there are languages order, order fro flags in sefTranslate module also will change
