Joomla Translate component support

Hi, I bought this extension and i install it on www.motusport.it the component is very slow to translate the page and often the page is not translated and remains white. Other times it translate only a portion of the web page. Can you help me?

Slow Translate - depend from your host CPU(we with help PHP do site parsing and send for translate to Google or Bing translate API), your site internet speed(SefTranslate send may requests for translate to API) and turn on or not cache, for pages from cache translate do more quickly

I*f some pages blank - please show theuy to us, also please try check these page source code, we try hide error report, but in page source you will see error description

1: it is normal to be slow even with the pages in the cache? example: www.motusport.it/de
2: you can see a partial translation of the page, half italian language and alf russian language, why?

For me both page thatnslated

with cache - i can't login to your admin part for check, but look like your cache turn off.

Please check attachment.

When we compare page - is it translated or not we use:
- Compare URLs
- Check -mark that page as BASE page
- Compare Post variables for that page
- Compare cookies for that page

If some post variable or cookies - different for one URL(and base url not set) - we think - that new page and again do translate.
By default we set some cookies(what use google analitics) for by pass them, you may try set check box for all cookie and after that check for all posts variables
And please check speed for one page

you can see in the attachment that translate only a part of the pages and please confure the extension, i send you an email with the access to the admin panel, please check the web site

sorry for delay, every time need check why error happened and that eat time.

I on your site checked cache Turn on setting, after that I turn on
seftranslate debug to yes.

And start see so error:
TranslateApiException: The Azure Market Place Translator Subscription
associated with the request credentials has zero balance.

We if have some errors, if debug turn off, try continue translate, but result
we not save to cache.

so all data what we have in cache - we translate and show, but because error
in translate time happened, we not save translate result.

Now You need create new account an Azure Market Place Translator(check our s
help)
Subscribe to free translate quota

and check again for some page like:
www.motusport.it/ru/ - it appear in SefTranslate url manager, and what
speed for retranslate
