Joomla Translate module support

I'm sorry I don't undertand how to start function seftranslate.
Please help.

for sef translate you need install Sef translate component and sef translate module

In module- you will set languages for translate.

Next by default - sef translate set for translate as redirect. But you may configureit for work as aJax translate use Bing translate service. For that you need configure yours sef translate components options.
