Hello,

Please check yours site cache, ordinary ypou need refresh yours cache, for Berowser you may do that with help Ctrl+F5
For yours site You need select "Clean cache"

If that not help - please write to OrdaSoft support form and we will check where error

I cleaned cache and flags still don't show. I wrote support as you suggested and received no reply and it has been about 4 days.
Please help.

There are not exist any yours site url, and any yours account details.!!?
