as me seem problem in below:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.test.sail4singles.com$
RewriteRule ^/?$ "test.sail4singles.com/solos-y-solteros-en-veleros/" [R=301,L]

you need remove these rows.

for translate to other language, our module add lang part to url
some like: sail4singles.com/ru/ - for Russian

after that htaccess with help
RewriteRule ^([a-z]{2})/(.*)$ components/com_seftranslate/translate.php?seflang=$1&sefurl=$2 [L,QSA]
RewriteRule ^([a-z]{2})$ components/com_seftranslate/translate.php?seflang=$1 [L,QSA]

parse language - and send for translate to SefTranslate component file.

but your RewriteRule ^/?$ "test.sail4singles.com/solos-y-solteros-en-veleros/" [R=301,L]
kill sail4singles.com/ru/ - so site can't find so page

Please try add SefTranslate rewrite rules not to htaccess in sail4singles.com
please try add to end your host htaccess
to test.sail4singles.com/solos-y-solteros-en-veleros
