Can't upload picture in BookLibrary

Hi.
I'm having a problem with BookLibrary. When I try to upload a picture/book cover through BookLibrary, the picture just doesn't upload; no matter how many times I specify the path of the file on my computer and hit the "save" button. The only way I can put a picture is by placing an URL, which is somewhat impractical.
Is there any way I can fix this?

Hi,
For upload self cover - you must set for option "Fetch Information:" -> "On you own"

That option is marked, still can't upload the pic.

Can you give admin access to yours site for check where error.
