When we added the following media using media library, we get the message "Media not found !" in our catalog.

ASINS:
B005FXXTIW
B005GP7F9I
B005F96UQ4
B001UV4XIS

One of these is for the new Harry Potter movie, a pretty major title. Why would these particular ASINs not work, but others do? We have never had problems like this before. On some of them, we could get the older releases to work, but not the new ones.

Hi,

Sorry, where you took these ASIN ?

When yo use "Media not found !"
What you do for that ? How i can reproduce that ?

From what amazon servervice - you take data ?

Do you check at that server so data exist ?

What component version you use ?

Thanks

We use Media Library Pro, and this is really strange, but I'm not able to re-produce the error today. The ASINs that were giving us error messages no longer are, and I was able to add those DVDs to the media library. I wanted to re-do and copy-paste the longer error message for you, but now it's working fine! Thanks for your reply.
