MediaLibary Component Support

When creating a new category, there are two main fields:
1) Category Alias
2) Category Title

As an example, I am going to populate Category Alias with "Books" and Category Title with "Books". When I click save, the Category Alias remains "Books", but the Category Title turns into "-2", which the main control panel displays "-2 ( Books )" as the category.

It does not matter what I enter in Category Alias, it is changed to"-2" when I click Save & Close.

I am running a new install of Joomla version 3.8.10, and MediaLibrary version 4.0.21 free. Both are the current versions.

Any assistance in resolving the Category Title error would be appreciated, and help me further evaluate the software prior to my purchasing it.
