HTTP 500 Internal Server Error 11 Years, 1 Month ago

Hi,
I get this error when I try to add a Book (I only use Books) item to the database. The item is then listed in the Book listing so it gets uploaded. The image for the book does not get uploaded.
The server is on a shared hosting plan running on IIS/6.0
Everything else works 100%.
The hosting company tell me there are no PHP error logs on IIS.
Does anybody have any ideas? I think its permissions related but /components folder is writeable.
regards,
roninmd

The host support guy told me that even if he did log in he would get the same error ... he is obviously useless.
Any other ideas?

Hi,
I got this from an admin at last,
PHP Notice: Undefined index: ebook_Url in
<snip>administratorcomponentscom_medialibraryadmin.medialibrary.php
on line 1216 PHP Notice: Undefined index: edocument_file in
<snip>administratorcomponentscom_medialibraryadmin.medialibrary.php
on line 1226
Any ideas?
The data is saved once I click back to the back-end.
