MediaLibary Component Support

I'm experiencing a couple of bugs in media library. I'm using version 1.5.3.3 Basic and I'm experiencing this on multiple installations of Joomla. The machine I;m running on is running CentOS, PHP 5.2.10 and MySQL 5.0.77 and Joomla 1.5.15.

When editing a media item in the backend, after saving it and then returning to edit it again there are two problems.

One is that the description field is entirely deleted, even if it wasn't edited.

The second is that for books, the Author field is copied again to the end of the original value. So if a book has automatically been given the Author "Stephenie Meyer" from Amazon, then after saving the item and returning to it, the field now has the value "Stephenie MeyerStephenie Meyer". The only workaround is to delete the Author field each time before saving.

This also happens for videos, but to the Actors field instead.

It would be great to sort these problems out, this software is exactly what we need aside from these problems.

and change to self server file admin.medialibrary.class.ws.php

According to your website I have the latest version: 1.5.3.3. The Joomla Extension directory says it is up to 1.5.4 though. So I'm kinda confused now.

With MediaLibrary version number some error.

Please try do what I proposed before.
You can at first do file backup.
