1. What format does the "FULL IMPORT" need to be in?
2. If I want to import 500 books in bulk, what options do I have? Just Amazon ASIN numbers -- or can I do ISBN instead?
3. Where is the promised Manual PDF file that was supposed to come with the $65 PRO version? I got the e-mail after I purchased it, and made sure to download ALL the files that were offered. But I don't see the PDF file anywhere.
Please advise.

You need do full export for every media type in media Library - as result you will see format for full import
If I want to import 500 books in bulk, what options do I have? Just Amazon ASIN numbers -- or can I do ISBN instead?
ASIN - you will must use for video, music, game - fetch info from amazon
ISBN - for fetch book info
