Hi,
I want the default language to "German" in the tab "Settings sat back." Unfortunately, saving is always the error "Can not create configuration file.".
In which directory would like to save the module to be the config file so I can give this folder or file the proper permissions.

For MediaLibrary component folder with configure file:
{yours site}/administrator/components/com_medialibrary/
file:
admin.medialibrary.class.conf.php
But yours error ordinary appear when some body start manual change file/folder permissions.
Please use defaults yours site / MediaLibrary permission
