Thant possible but for that will need module rebuild. You may order that with help OrdaSoft support form

also for MediaLibrary Pro version we has Featured module - it permit show some special media (what exactly you wish) or from some special categories

Thank you. Actually the site I need it for already has the pro version installed but they didn't download and install the Featured module. I will buy the pro version and download the featured module. Would you please send me a screenshot of the Featured module parameters before I buy it so I can be certain it will do what I need?

There are attachment for these parameters in Media Library featured module

We downloaded the Featured Module and it worksperfectly! I would like to display the author name how can I do this?

I am sorry, for now Media library featured module not support author show, you may add that self Ours module open source or ask custom version from ordasoft support form
