First of all, thanks for your hard work on this.
It shows.

I am involved with a community group thats trying to set up a community asset mapping database.

Basically we want to build a database where people can log in and submit entries for the tools they would like to share.

Then their neighbors can search for the tools they need to borrow from within their community.

We would like to be able to enable a rental system so people could know what is available and what is not.

I know were not the only group around. Ive been searching for guidance on this for a while, and found that there are lots of groups around trying to do the same thing.

I guess the features we would like to see and would gladly pay for are

* The ability for users to submit content

* The ability for users to submit tools instead of media. Maybe it would be nice if there was customization on the media types, and the input forms.

* The ability of the user to set price AND type currency: barter, federal reserve notes, local exchange currency;

* stock image library ability - (for generic tool images for the user to choose from)


Im learning php, and in time want to create something great. but creating something like this is over my head. This tool is the closest thing ive found so far. Any thoughts?
