Hello,
where can I change the fonts that have croatian signs? In links some of croatian signs are not good so I need to change the font order.

Hello,
all Typography you able to change from template admin area
Go to: Joomla Admin -> Extensions -> template manager -> os_infographics_september_2013 -> Typography tab

And also, please open documentation for Infographics template (you can find it in downloaded file), we described there how to change main elements in template
