OrdaSoft template Support

Hello, yesterday I bought your template Basic_May_2013_OS_ToolStore_v4. Installation was ok but when add language and change Site and Content to italian (website will be in italian only), Category menu on left disappear and I got a lot of SQL error on admin page.
For example... if I try to see Categories I obtain:

Or... if I try to see (and change) owner shopper:

If I set "Installed-Site", on Joomla Language Manager to english everything works correctly
Can you explain why? Any solution?

I use Joomla 2.5.17 and VM 2.0.26d
