Font issue in footer area

I am using the free base template and I have chosen the font Comfortaa throughout the site. The font displays fine everywhere except for in the footer area. As you scroll down the font looks fine in the footer until you get to the bottom of the page, at which point the font goes faint and hard to read. See here:

How to change
go to: yoursite/templates/hrgs/css/style.css
and add there
#footer {font-family: Comfortaa;}
