Hello,
top menu, realized like standard Joomla! menu module, module position "topMenu"
Main menu it's too standard Joomla! menu module, module position "Mainmenu"
We highly recommend to install quick start package on local host and you will be able to see how template developed (modules, module positions etc.)

The question was for the submenu is supposed to be as in your example:

In Ordasoft Mobidic business Joomla template - you mauy create 3 levels menu
Please check
ordasvit.com/business2
and please go to menu: "Joomla content" ->"Contacts"
You will see it have 3 levels
