OrdaSoft template Support

I have purchased a joomla membership and downloaded one template on that day. Then got an email saying new template and was able to download that too. But when I try to download any other template it keep showing me membership purchase screen ., not the download page. I have login correctly and also few times I did try log in and off and try it. behaviour is same and it always showing membership purchase screen. Please fix this issue as I need to download some templates soon.


Further to that I am contacting you here as I try to contact thru "Contact form" and more than 10 times It keep saying "You have entered the wrong CAPTCHA sequence. Please try again" message even I enter the exact word correctly and also everytime when I get that error message all content I have typed on message disappeared as well. SO I have to type whole thing again to try that and it got same error more than 10 times
